We are looking to recruit a reliable, experienced and self-motivated Office Administrator for our Larnaca Office.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Manage appointments, travel arrangements, agendas etc. for the upper management.
Welcome guests and escort them to their meetings.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Type letters and any other documents requested by the Management and staff.
Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Proven experience of a minimum of 2 years as an Office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Previous employer confirmation letter will be asked
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Greek and English; Russian will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
Ability to multi task, prioritize and work under pressure.
