MTN Business: Office Administrator – Nicosia
The role:
We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced individual for the position of Office Administrator in MTN Business, Nicosia offices.
Responsibilities:
- General office administration for MTN Business center (receiving guests, customer hospitality while in the office, responsible for all required supplies and stationery).
- Administration of procurement documentation and interaction with finance.
- Administration support for all Customers and Suppliers during business hours.
- Administration support for all employees of MTN Business (travel, claims, etc).
- Administration of internal meetings, presentations, action points and follow up.
- Reviews all escalated customer cases and informs Director accordingly.
- Any other task to be assigned by Director MTN Business.
Knowledge/Education:
- Secondary School Final Certificate.
- College Diploma in office Administration will be considered as an advantage.At least 3 year experience with similar responsibilities.
- General secretarial and administrative skills experience.
- Excellent command of MS Office.
- Fluent written and spoken Greek and English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Motivated and self-learner.
- Analytical thinking.
- Creative in work.
- Communication skills & relationship builder.
