Responsibilities:
Processing payments to suppliers and clients through the online banking systems of various banks
Reviewing and updating the company’s CRM with regards to clients transactions
Liaising with banks on issues that arise in relation to payments and receipts
Providing relevant supporting documentations and monitoring the successful completion of banking transactions
Preparing relevant daily, monthly and annual reports to Head of Department and Management
Assisting in new bank account applications
Job requirements:
University degree/diploma in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Management or similar
Ability to perform duties efficiently and accurately
Proficiency in the English language
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and team skills
Experience in a similar position within the financial services industry will be considered as advantage
