On behalf of our client, we are seeking to employ a person for the position of Corporate Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company and Trust formations; tax and corporate advisory and execution
  • Corporate Administration
  • Registrar filings
  • Office organization duties including handling of incoming paper and electronic mail, organizing and filing documents

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Excellent command of English
  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics. Finance
  • Russian language skills will be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-moving environment
  • Prior experience will be considered as an advantage
