Call Center Representative

What you will be doing
- Respond to customer requests for RescueLine’s services and provide them exceptional customer support.
- Identify customers’ needs, gather the necessary information and provide the best suitable solution to the customers.
- Input information provided by the customers on our platform.

- No previous experience needed.
- High school diploma, university degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Decision making and problem solving.
- Able to delivery under pressure and multitask.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Fluent Greek and English speaker.
- Computer literate.
- Availability to work on a shift schedule.

Things to know before you apply

- Rotation shift patterns on a 24-hour basis.
- 5 days per week, maximum 44 hours duty.
- On2ly accepting candidates for full-time employment, with no other obligations involved (ex. school, fixed schedules or any bindings to specific hours).
